Account Registration and Security

• ›Withdrawal requests are processed within one to five business days. Processing may be extended during high volume periods, Bangladesh public holidays, or where additional KYC verification is required.
• ›jw882 may withhold withdrawals pending identity verification or investigation into suspected fraudulent activity. Players will be notified where a withdrawal is placed on hold and an expected resolution timeframe communicated where possible.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jw882 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• ›Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. jw882 cooperates fully with law enforcement and is required to report suspicious transactions under applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• ›Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and must be reported to jw882 customer support immediately upon discovery.
• ›Colluding with other players or third parties to defraud jw882 or other players, including chip-dumping, match-fixing in sports betting, or any coordinated play intended to manipulate game outcomes.
• ›Impersonating any person or entity, including any jw882 employee, or providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with jw882 support.

jw882 employs a dedicated risk and compliance team that monitors Platform activity in real time. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, jw882 will take all remedial actions available, including account closure, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the jw882 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of jw882 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of jw882 and protected by applicable copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of jw882. Unauthorised use of jw882 intellectual property may result in legal proceedings.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jw882 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even where jw882 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jw882's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
